This page contains a roadmap  of the steps I took to overcome my addictions and become the person I am today. I am still learning to become a better person than yesterday, but I have come a long way from who I use to be. To find out who I use to be read my about me page.

The information and steps on this page are setup to help anyone regardless of who you are, where you are at in your life, what addictions you have, or what you are trying to accomplish. I feel that the books and steps I recommend on my site contain universal truths in helping anyone to become who they ultimately want to be. While some of the information may not be useful to you, it may stimulate your thinking and give you an idea that might help you in your life. I found that even though something I read could not help immediately, it did stimulate my mind into getting ideas some totally unrelated to what I was reading that helped me. I hope this roadmap can help you discover your power within!

How to Set Goals

I spent years reading books on different subjects like goal setting but never understanding how to set goals. It finally dawned on me just recently the easiest and simplest way to set goals. 

I have made an Microsoft Word document that walks you through setting your own goals. It is available for download here.

The document starts with what you want to accomplish before your time on earth is over and it drills all the way down to daily goals to help you accomplish your ultimate goals.
